Rubber parts like seals, washers, and mounts are essential in tractors, sprayers, irrigation pumps, and tillage equipment. These components help absorb vibration and withstand outdoor weather and chemicals. Our agricultural-grade rubber components ensure operational reliability, UV resistance, and compatibility with fertilizers and pesticides.
These rubber parts are formulated with carbon or conductive fillers to safely dissipate static electricity. They are critical in electronics, explosive environments, and cleanroom operations. Bright Star’s anti-static components meet ESD and EMI standards. Our product line includes conductive mats, tubing, seals, and gaskets tailored to sensitive electronic assemblies and volatile handling areas
Rubber bellows protect moving parts from dust, dirt, moisture, and vibration. They are flexible connectors used in mechanical joints, actuators, and valves. Our bellows ensure smooth movement and extend the service life of sensitive components in automation and transport equipment. We produce both convoluted and molded types in various configurations for axial, lateral, or angular movemen
Rubber washers are flat, disc-shaped components that provide cushioning, sealing, and spacing between surfaces. These are used in plumbing, electrical, and automotive assemblies. Bright Star washers are designed to resist water, chemicals, and vibration, enhancing the longevity of joints. Our washers are also effective in noise dampening and are available in standard and non-standard dimensions for versatile application
RINGS Quad Rings, also known as X-rings, are an upgraded version of traditional O-rings. They feature a four-lobed design that offers improved sealing performance and reduced friction. These are ideal for rotary and reciprocating motion, providing greater stability and resistance to twisting compared to standard O-rings. Bright Star’s X-rings are used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, and other demanding sealing applications. Their unique geometry allows for better lubrication retention and less wear, increasing operational life and efficiency
Rubber molds are custom-shaped tools or components made through compression or injection molding. They are used to form or replicate parts in industries such as consumer goods, packaging, and medical devices. Bright Star develops rubber molds based on client drawings or samples. Our precision molding capabilities allow for high-volume production of complex geometries with tight tolerances and material traceability.
Rubber gaskets provide a reliable seal between two surfaces in static applications. Bright Star manufactures gaskets from NBR, EPDM, Silicone, and Neoprene for applications in water pipelines, HVAC systems, and flanged joints. They offer excellent compressibility, resilience, and resistance to weathering. We offer precision die-cut and custom-molded gaskets that conform to a variety of surface geometries, even under high pressure and fluctuating temperatures.
Pneumatic seals operate in compressed air environments and are used in pneumatic cylinders, valves, and actuators. Unlike hydraulic seals, they are designed to function at lower pressures and require minimal lubrication. Bright Star’s pneumatic seals are known for their precision fit, low friction, and long service life in automation and machinery applications. They are ideal for dry environments and offer excellent resistance to ozone, aging, and temperature fluctuations
Rubber seals are used to fill gaps between two surfaces and prevent fluid leakage, dust ingress, or vibrations. These include lip seals, shaft seals, and radial seals made from materials such as NBR, Viton, and Silicone. Our seals ensure durability and chemical resistance in harsh working conditions, serving key sectors like automotive, appliances, and heavy machinery. We offer custom-molded and standard seal designs that can withstand a wide range of temperatures and media, ensuring long-term performance.
O-rings are circular elastomeric seals used to prevent the leakage of fluids or gases in mechanical systems. These versatile components are widely employed across industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, food processing, and more. Bright Star manufactures O-rings in a wide range of sizes and polymers like NBR, Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, and FFKM to suit different chemical and temperature conditions. Their simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and high sealing efficiency make them a critical component in both static and dynamic applications. We ensure tight dimensional tolerances, excellent resilience, and compatibility with a variety of lubricants and fluids for both high- and low-pressure applications.
PROFILESÂ Rubber cords and extruded profiles are used for sealing, insulation, and cushioning in industrial and commercial setups. Available in solid and sponge forms, they are manufactured in NBR, Silicone, EPDM, and Neoprene. Bright Star offers customization in shapes, hardness, and color. Applications include door seals, weatherstrips, glazing seals, and shock-absorbing trims, all produced with precise dimensional accuracy
