Rubber Molds
Rubber molds are custom-shaped tools or components made through compression or injection molding. They are used to form or replicate parts in industries such as consumer goods, packaging, and medical devices. Bright Star develops rubber molds based on client drawings or samples. Our precision molding capabilities allow for high-volume production of complex geometries with tight tolerances and material traceability.

Customized rubber components are engineered for specific client applications, from sealing to vibration isolation. Bright Star Rubber Corporation specializes in tailored solutions with rapid prototyping, tooling, and material selection. We collaborate with clients across sectors to co-develop components that meet unique design, compliance, and environmental performance standards
Rubber seals are used to fill gaps between two surfaces and prevent fluid leakage, dust ingress, or vibrations. These include lip seals, shaft seals, and radial seals made from materials such as NBR, Viton, and Silicone. Our seals ensure durability and chemical resistance in harsh working conditions, serving key sectors like automotive, appliances, and heavy machinery. We offer custom-molded and standard seal designs that can withstand a wide range of temperatures and media, ensuring long-term performance.
RINGS Quad Rings, also known as X-rings, are an upgraded version of traditional O-rings. They feature a four-lobed design that offers improved sealing performance and reduced friction. These are ideal for rotary and reciprocating motion, providing greater stability and resistance to twisting compared to standard O-rings. Bright Star’s X-rings are used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, and other demanding sealing applications. Their unique geometry allows for better lubrication retention and less wear, increasing operational life and efficiency
These rubber parts are formulated with carbon or conductive fillers to safely dissipate static electricity. They are critical in electronics, explosive environments, and cleanroom operations. Bright Star’s anti-static components meet ESD and EMI standards. Our product line includes conductive mats, tubing, seals, and gaskets tailored to sensitive electronic assemblies and volatile handling areas
Hydraulic seals are critical for maintaining pressure in hydraulic cylinders and preventing fluid leaks. These include piston seals, rod seals, wipers, and guide rings designed to handle high pressure and dynamic motion. Manufactured using wear-resistant materials, Bright Star’s hydraulic seals serve industries such as construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. They are developed to endure extreme forces, resist extrusion, and function reliably in high-speed or high-load applications
Bright Star manufactures high-purity rubber components that meet pharmaceutical standards. We ensure compliance with FDA, USP Class VI, and ISO 10993. Our products are designed for single-use and repeated-use applications in drug delivery systems, diagnostic equipment, and biotech processing lines
Rubber plugs and caps are used to seal, mask, or protect components from dust, moisture, and corrosion. They are commonly used in surface finishing, powder coating, automotive, and electronics. We offer standard and custom-molded solutions in various sizes and hardness. These components are designed for easy installation and removal, and are available in high-heat-resistant and chemical-resistant formulations
Rubber stoppers are used to seal glass vials, infusion bottles, and reagent containers. These are manufactured in pharmaceutical-grade rubber and tested for biocompatibility and extractables. We offer sterilizable formulations and customized designs to support aseptic packaging and long shelf life
Rubber grommets are circular components inserted into holes to protect wires or cables from abrasion. They are essential in electrical panels, automotive firewalls, and machinery housings. Our grommets are manufactured in various sizes and polymers to ensure flexibility, insulation, and durability. These components also dampen vibrations, reduce noise, and can be customized to suit different hole diameters, wall thicknesses, and environmental conditions
O-rings are circular elastomeric seals used to prevent the leakage of fluids or gases in mechanical systems. These versatile components are widely employed across industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, food processing, and more. Bright Star manufactures O-rings in a wide range of sizes and polymers like NBR, Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, and FFKM to suit different chemical and temperature conditions. Their simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and high sealing efficiency make them a critical component in both static and dynamic applications. We ensure tight dimensional tolerances, excellent resilience, and compatibility with a variety of lubricants and fluids for both high- and low-pressure applications.
