RUBBER GASKETS
Rubber gaskets provide a reliable seal between two surfaces in static applications. Bright Star manufactures gaskets from NBR, EPDM, Silicone, and Neoprene for applications in water pipelines, HVAC systems, and flanged joints. They offer excellent compressibility, resilience, and resistance to weathering. We offer precision die-cut and custom-molded gaskets that conform to a variety of surface geometries, even under high pressure and fluctuating temperatures.

Rating
- E = Excellent – Suitable for prolonged exposure to saturated steam at high temperatures
- G = Good – Suitable for moderate steam exposure with some limitations
- F = Fair – Can handle light or intermittent steam but not continuous service
- P = Poor – Degrades quickly in steam; not recommended
