Rubber plugs and caps are used to seal, mask, or protect components from dust, moisture, and corrosion. They are commonly used in surface finishing, powder coating, automotive, and electronics. We offer standard and custom-molded solutions in various sizes and hardness. These components are designed for easy installation and removal, and are available in high-heat-resistant and chemical-resistant formulations
RINGS Quad Rings, also known as X-rings, are an upgraded version of traditional O-rings. They feature a four-lobed design that offers improved sealing performance and reduced friction. These are ideal for rotary and reciprocating motion, providing greater stability and resistance to twisting compared to standard O-rings. Bright Star’s X-rings are used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, and other demanding sealing applications. Their unique geometry allows for better lubrication retention and less wear, increasing operational life and efficiency
Pneumatic seals operate in compressed air environments and are used in pneumatic cylinders, valves, and actuators. Unlike hydraulic seals, they are designed to function at lower pressures and require minimal lubrication. Bright Star’s pneumatic seals are known for their precision fit, low friction, and long service life in automation and machinery applications. They are ideal for dry environments and offer excellent resistance to ozone, aging, and temperature fluctuations
Rubber droppers form the squeezing part of liquid dispensing systems. Used in syrups and eye drops, they are made from medical-grade elastomers to ensure purity and elasticity. Bright Star produces droppers in various sizes, colors, and durometers to meet branding and dosage accuracy requirements.
PROFILESÂ Rubber cords and extruded profiles are used for sealing, insulation, and cushioning in industrial and commercial setups. Available in solid and sponge forms, they are manufactured in NBR, Silicone, EPDM, and Neoprene. Bright Star offers customization in shapes, hardness, and color. Applications include door seals, weatherstrips, glazing seals, and shock-absorbing trims, all produced with precise dimensional accuracy
Canvas and Chevron seals are used in heavy-duty hydraulic applications. Chevron seals consist of a stack of multiple sealing elements that adjust to pressure variations. Canvas seals, made from rubber-coated fabric, offer enhanced pressure resistance. These seals are widely used in press machines, earth-moving equipment, and mining systems. Bright Star offers customized V-packings and fabric-reinforced seals for high-pressure systems needing excellent flexibility and sealing capability
O-rings are circular elastomeric seals used to prevent the leakage of fluids or gases in mechanical systems. These versatile components are widely employed across industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, food processing, and more. Bright Star manufactures O-rings in a wide range of sizes and polymers like NBR, Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, and FFKM to suit different chemical and temperature conditions. Their simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and high sealing efficiency make them a critical component in both static and dynamic applications. We ensure tight dimensional tolerances, excellent resilience, and compatibility with a variety of lubricants and fluids for both high- and low-pressure applications.
Hydraulic seals are critical for maintaining pressure in hydraulic cylinders and preventing fluid leaks. These include piston seals, rod seals, wipers, and guide rings designed to handle high pressure and dynamic motion. Manufactured using wear-resistant materials, Bright Star’s hydraulic seals serve industries such as construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. They are developed to endure extreme forces, resist extrusion, and function reliably in high-speed or high-load applications
